Project Management Support Details 

1.     Take the base building drawings provided by client and use this to provide preliminary site plan and layout of the manufacturing room layouts. Determine preliminary utility needs location of maintenance areas, electrical room/area(s), storage of sanitation chemicals and method of dispensing of these chemicals, etc.

2.     Meet with the City to review initial layout and to review code compliance as required.

3.     Do an all-hands meeting to review the initial floor plan. Discuss racking, method of providing sufficient electrical to feed to the process lines, coordinate selection of a refrigeration equipment to define the basis of design by refrigeration engineering company, personnel flow within a USDA-approved facility, review required air pressures for various rooms, review owner requirements for production activities, etc.

4.     Equipment specification support, production of equipment drawings services and procurement of third party approvals for unlisted equipment.
